WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Plans have been officially submitted for an upscale, members-only social club called "The Landings," to be constructed within the growing Two Rivers community in Wesley Chapel. Located just south of State Road 56 near Two Rivers Boulevard and Colston Avenue, the ambitious project is estimated to cost approximately $27 million.

Once completed, The Landings will feature extensive amenities aimed at providing residents an exclusive lifestyle experience. The planned club facilities include a racket sports complex with eight pickleball courts and multiple Har-Tru tennis courts, along with a wellness center boasting a spin studio and yoga lawn.
Dining options at The Landings are expected to include a contemporary casual restaurant offering an atmosphere described as "refined yet relaxed," with lunch and dinner menus, as well as poolside food and beverage service. The property will feature two pools: a Junior Olympic-sized lap pool and a resort-style pool complete with a water slide tower. Additionally, an event lawn and dedicated children's area will host activities such as live music, movie nights, and community gatherings.
According to project statements, The Landings will be independently managed, distinct from any homeowner association (HOA) or community development district (CDD), aiming to ensure an elevated and unique membership experience. Construction is anticipated to start later this year, with the grand opening scheduled for late 2026.
The expansive Two Rivers development, upon completion, will encompass 12 distinct villages built by prominent local and national homebuilders. The community will also include additional amenities such as playgrounds, pavilions, pools, a large regional park, and more than 3.3 million square feet of office, retail, commercial, and industrial space.
